The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is pleased to announce the 16th edition of CII AgroTech India – 2026, India’s premier agriculture technology and innovation exhibition, scheduled to be held from 20 - 23 November 2026 at the Parade Ground, Sector 17, Chandigarh. Organized biennially since 1994, the event has established itself as a trusted platform that brings together farmers, policymakers, agribusiness leaders, startups, and technology providers to foster innovation and collaboration across the agricultural landscape.

The agricultural sector in India has witnessed significant trends, including increased production, higher investment, diversification, and the adoption of modern techniques.. Additionally, the development of agriculture in backward areas, aided by new technologies and strategies like dryland farming and animal husbandry, has provided new avenues to famers for enhancing productivity as well as their income

This year’s edition is being held in full alignment with the Government of India’s vision for transforming Indian agriculture into a self-reliant, digitally empowered, and globally competitive sector. Themed “A Smarter Agri Future for Bharat,” the event is designed to support and complement key national initiatives such as the Digital Agriculture Mission, PM-KISAN, PM Krishi Sinchayee Yojana, National Mission on Natural Farming, PM Fasal Bima Yojana, and PMFME, among others. CII AgroTech India – 2026 aims to showcase cutting-edge solutions that empower farmers, promote sustainable agricultural practices, strengthen food value chains, and enhance rural livelihoods through innovation and integration.

The event will witness participation from over 400+ Indian and international exhibitors, alongside State Government Pavilions and International Country Pavilions, providing a truly global platform for knowledge exchange and business collaboration. A major highlight will be a series of concurrent thematic shows specifically curated to address the evolving needs of India’s agri ecosystem. The FoodTech Expo will focus on food processing technologies, value addition, cold chain infrastructure, packaging innovations, and ready-to-eat solutions—contributing directly to India’s goal of reducing post-harvest losses and enhancing agri exports. Farm Tech and Implementex will showcase the latest in agri-machinery and mechanization, with advancements in tractors, harvesters, tillers, and sowing equipment that cater to farms of all sizes.

The Good Earth Pavilion will cover essential domains such as crop care, seed technology, agrochemicals, biostimulants, horticulture, and protected cultivation, while the Farm Services Zone will provide solutions for soil testing, agri-financing, crop insurance, warehousing, logistics, and custom hiring services that empower farmers beyond the field. The Dairy & Livestock Pavilion will feature innovation in animal husbandry, feed management, genetics, veterinary care, milking equipment, and the broader dairy value chain. Additionally, the States of India Pavilion will showcase leading agri states’ policies, investment opportunities, flagship programs, and success stories. Simultaneously, the International Participation Zone will host global country delegations and technology providers, fostering cross-border collaboration, best-practice sharing, and investment opportunities.
